Bali Hai Pier is the location of where most tourists catch a boat to the Islands around Pattaya, servicing thousands of people daily, taking them to and bringing them back from Ko Larn.
At 30 baht for a one-way ticket, the ½ hr ferry ride is not only pleasant, but affordable as well and some will visit the Island multiple times and go daily, heading back to Pattaya in the evening. Ferries leave every ½ hr or so, 7 am – 5:30 pm

Bali Hai Pier is a tourist attraction in its own right, and the best news is its free, not only is it a functional place to get a boat ride to the Islands, but a great night time location, when you need a bit of time out away from Walking Street to relax a bit.
